From our dried pasta with oil to our cheeses and meats, we are constantly looking for authentic and certified direct producers. Every sauce, pastry, egg-based pasta etc. is freshly made by us.

I started working in this world in 2002, in London. I did a very hard mess but it was worth it. The restaurants, which have shaped and changed me professionally, are Percent and Cecconi's, with their extraordinary chefs. Then, after many experiences in Trastevere, I finally opened Taverna Portuense, where I try to enhance the typical Roman cuisine and the excellence of central Italy, respecting seasonality and tradition.
